Defects / DOA:
If you receive a disc with playback issues or a disc that is DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receiving your order.

Replacements:
We will promptly send a replacement of the same title at no additional cost. We stand behind the quality of our media and want every collector to receive a functional copy for their movie library.
